Shipping

We can currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & many European countries. We have paused delivery to Mainland UK due to Brexit related changes. Some large outdoor items can only be delivered within Ireland due to their size and weight; this will be noted within product descriptions for BERG trampolines.  

Orders are processed Monday - Friday for same or next day courier collection. Estimated transit times are listed below. During peak times delivery can vary between 3-7 days. 

In-Store Collection 

All products (unless noted in product descriptions) can be collected from our Stillorgan Store. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please note, not all products are stored at our Stillorgan shop. If items need to be ordered from our suppliers we will notify you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) on receipt of orders.

  • Free delivery for orders over €499 including oversized items  

Zone 2 - United Kingdom (mainland) - 2/3 days delivery

Zone 3 - United Kingdom (offshore) - 3/4 days delivery

    Zone 4 - Europe 1 (13 countries - Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia) - 3/8 days delivery

    • Flat rate €17.50

    • If our website accepts an order to a region within a listed European country which our couriers cannot deliver to we will contact you on receipt of order to seek an alternative address or cancel the order at your request

    Zone 5 - Europe 2 (5 countries - Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Sweden, Spain) - 3/8 days delivery

    • Flat rate €20

    • If our website accepts an order to a region within a listed European country which our couriers cannot deliver to we will contact you on receipt of order to seek an alternative address or cancel the order at your request

    Zone 6 - Europe 3 (3 countries - Croatia, Finland, Portugal) - 3/8 days delivery

    • Flat rate €35

    • If our website accepts an order to a region within a listed European country which our couriers cannot deliver to we will contact you on receipt of order to seek an alternative address or cancel the order at your request

    Returns

    We would like all customers to be completely satisfied with products purchased from us. If this is not the case, please let us know.

    All products (excluding non-returnable items listed below) can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.

    Non-returnable items are:
    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Items which have been damaged or parts have been lost after receipt

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and confirm a refund (when due) has been processed.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    There is often some processing time before a refund is completed but please contact us at orders@nimblefingers.ie if a refund has not been credited within 10 days of confirmation from us.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item(s), a gift credit will be emailed to you.

    Shipping
    Please pack products up as they were delivered and return them to: Nimble Fingers, Old Dublin Road, Stillorgan Village, Dublin, A94 NR74, Ireland. We will refund the return postal costs on faulty or damaged items only.

    If you are shipping an item of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
